Neal is a compassionate, creative entrepreneur. He previously started Three Twins Ice Cream which he grew from a one person company to an international brand. He became passionate about making addressing one’s mental health accessible following dual, deep personal losses. Neal lives in the redwoods of northern California with his wife, Limor, and their two rescue pups.

Caren Baginski (she/her) is a journalist, yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and the award-winning author of Restorative Yoga: Relax. Restore. Re-energize. She’s passionate about supporting others in their mental health journey by increasing access to therapeutic resources. Caren lives with her husband and daughter in Denver.
