What is Crain?
Crain is a mental health lifeline for first responders who put their lives on the line every day.
First responders are regularly exposed to traumatic events and high-stress situations and may struggle in silence with PTSD, depression or anxiety.
We’re on a mission to create a convenient app and confidential community to address the mental health and well-being of firefighters, law enforcement, corrections, emergency medical technicians, dispatchers, and the military.
